Dextrasys Technologies is a Trichy based Knowledge and Business Services Company serving global business and professional customers. We provide a range of Knowledge, Business and Technology services to organizations in US and Europe. We are an India based organization. We have our operations located at Trichy, which is 200 miles south of Bangalore & Chennai. We have been certified by STPI (Software Technology Parks of India, Govt. of India). When it comes to employees - we strive towards giving a career rather than just a job. We provide best facilities, great learning environment and a challenging work. The Latin /Greek root 'Dextra' means right hand and skillful. Dexterity and Dexterous have similar meanings. We named the company as Dextrasys which denotes we are a team of people who are highly skilled and knowledgeable. We leverage these skills in providing services and supporting our clients world wide. In addition to 'will to win', at Dextrasys, we have 'skill to win'.

There is a large strata of students who have studied and knowledgeable in Science, Engineering and Technology domains. We would like to productively utilize such knowledge in creating career opportunities and wealth for them. Our immediate vision is to create such high end career and employment opportunities for 1000 people. Such opportunities will help students work with latest state of the art technology; they get exposure to a broader range of science and technology and business issues; they acquire special knowledge in analysis, technical and scientific reasoning, legal reasoning and enhance their communication skills and team playing abilities.

You are wrong. New business ventures are more viable in places like Trichy, Coimbatore, Madurai rather than Bangalore or Chennai. It is a matter of time. Quality of life and cost of living in our over crowded metros will push people to look at alternate locations and cities. It is the people from Trichy or Madurai or Coimbatore or surrounding areas who are moving to metros for job opportunities. Why not provide opportunities right at home? It makes sense. Students think they get better exposure in places like Chennai or Bangalore. But they should realize exposure is a function of our own initiative. If we truly want to get exposed to new domains, technology and people, in this interconnected world, we can. It is in our hands and need not depend on location. In the long run, such self-initiative to get exposed will prove to be more important than exposure itself.

First, Dextrasys is a flat non-hierarchical organization with great listening skills. We listen attentively to our customers, employees, and the environment. We are a team of energetic and enthusiastic people. We strictly adhere to a value system. Second, We always try and exceed the expectations of our customers, in terms of quality and speed.

Most of the engineering and science students learn C, C++, .net or Java and migrate to the programming world. Other streams of students try and land up in a BPO operations. Nothing wrong. But we see an opportunity to provide high end knowledge and business services utilizing what one has learnt - be it mechanical engineering, electrical, electronics, chemistry, life-sciences, geo-sciences, manufacturing, logistics, marketing etc. This is an entirely new opportunity and going to help India as a country and help you as an individual. We would like to move from Cost Driven Services to Knowledge Enabled Services. It is exciting.

NO. There is no bond in Dextrasys. At a later date, if we sponsor you a course from the company or sponsor an exclusive training, there could be a bond with respect to the course or training. For normal working, there is no bond.

Yes. There is a probationary period of 6 months. Your employment will be confirmed based on your performance and learning during the probationary period. There are NO night shifts. We currently follow 9 am - 6 pm work cycle, MON-SAT 6 days a week. Work timing can change based on the organizational needs.

Salary will be at par with best in the industry. We do not have one salary that fits all. Salary will be based on your Skill set, Qualifications and fitment to the post It will be based on your communication, leadership and team playing abilities Salary will be proportional to the energy and enthusiasm and learning abilities. Pls note salary is arrived at based on the cost of living in Trichy which is much less compared to Bangalore or Chennai.

As Ralph Waldo Emerson put it 'Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm'. We would urge students to inherit and show a great deal of enthusiasm in what ever they do - be it learning Java or doing research or even cleaning your bath room - display enthusiasm and energy in all acts. Second take charge and take control. If things do not go as desired, do not try to blame government, people, environment, or college. You take charge and take control of your life. It is you who is in charge of the ship called 'my life'. You can drive the way you want. But it is natural that there will be good as well as bad weather when you sail through. That is the fun as well as the challenge.
