Absolute maintenance of client confidentiality is part of the culture at Dextrasys. Concern for security permeates all our operations.

We handle confidentiality and security from different perspectives.

1. Legal - NDAs (Non disclosure agreements)
2. Training - sensitizing new joiners on data security and confidentiality issues
3. Information Systems - Internet, Computer and Email Usage Policies etc
4. Facility - visitors, purpose of visit, tracking and audit
5. Security Audit

As a part of the policies on confidentiality and security, we have following documented policies which ensure confidentiality and security of information. Each employee reads and signs off these policies at the time of joining.

1. Internet Usage Policy
2. Computer Usage Policy
3. Email Usage Policy

Also we take care of the following:

1. We sign NDAs (Non disclosure agreements) with each client
2. All employees sign NDAs with Dextrasys.
3. We keep track of the service providers visiting our office through a SPDS - Service Provider Data Sheet & Tracking System.
4. Employees can not use Floppy, CD, DVD, USB drives at work; Usage of cell phones with in the work area is restricted.
5. We have password protected networking systems which are fire walled and cannot be intruded by outsiders.
