Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers regarding ongoing projects.
• Coordinate with customers for payments, renewals, and documentation.
• Handle customer queries and help resolve issues.
• Support project coordination and maintain timely communication.

Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing business and technology requirements.
• Good basic Mathematics and written English skills. The ability to write professional emails is important. Freshers will receive guidance where required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is preferred. If you are not familiar, you should be willing to learn quickly.
• Strong interest in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to improve productivity, research, writing, and daily work.
• Good communication skills and the confidence to interact with customers and colleagues. Confidence is more important than fluency in English.
• Good presence of mind, ability to take initiative, and execute tasks quickly. We value speed and ownership.
• Ability to track your own tasks and provide regular updates to seniors.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to take responsibility.
• Qualification: Any degree.
